These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and services provided by AJ Fultz of Fort Wayne LLC, doing business as AJ Fultz, Notary Public (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services Provided

AJ Fultz, Notary Public provides:

General notary services
Mobile notary services
Remote Online Notarization (RON), where permitted by law
I-9 Employment Verification services
Wedding officiant services

All services are performed in accordance with Indiana law and applicable regulations.

No Legal Advice

AJ Fultz, Notary Public is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or document preparation. We cannot explain the contents of documents or advise on legal matters.

Identification & Signer Requirements

All signers must:

Personally appear before the notary (in person or remotely where permitted)
Present valid, government-issued photo identification
Be willing, aware, and able to sign the document

Services may be refused if legal requirements are not met.

Appointments, Fees & Payments

Fees are set in accordance with Indiana law and disclosed prior to service.
Additional fees may apply for mobile, after-hours, travel, or remote services.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.
Missed or canceled appointments may be subject to a fee.

Refusal of Service

I reserve the right to refuse service if:

Identification is insufficient or invalid
The signer appears unwilling, coerced, or unaware
The document is incomplete or unlawful
The notarization would violate Indiana law or notarial standards

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

RON services are provided using approved platforms and identity verification methods as required by Indiana law. Additional technology or platform requirements may apply.

I-9 Verification Services

I-9 verification services are limited to identity verification and form completion as permitted by law. We do not provide immigration or employment eligibility advice.

Wedding Officiant Services

Wedding officiant services are provided in accordance with Indiana law. Clients are responsible for obtaining and filing all required marriage licenses and documentation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJ Fultz of Fort Wayne LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services, except where prohibited by law.
