Yes. Remote Online Notarization is legally valid in Indiana when performed in compliance with state law using approved identity verification and technology.
Do you offer mobile notary services?
Yes. Mobile notary services are available by appointment, allowing notarization at your home, office, or another agreed-upon location.
Do you offer services for businesses or bulk documents?
Yes. Business and bulk notarization services are available for repeat or high-volume needs by appointment.
Can you notarize documents in other languages?
Yes, documents in other languages may be notarized as long as the signer understands the document and the notarial certificate is in English, as required by Indiana law.
What identification is required?
All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization.

Do you offer I-9 Employment Verification?

Do you perform wedding officiant services?
Yes. Wedding officiant services are offered in accordance with Indiana law. Clients are responsible for obtaining and filing all required marriage license documentation.
